This offer is for the creation of technical document, 2D or 3D. Which can be used for patent documents, Shop drawings, Architectural drawings, rapid prototyping etc. I am ready to help anyone who needs these services, for personal or commercial project are welcome.

Mechanical projects:
If it is an invention and technical drawings are necessary, I can supply a NDA template that can be modified if need be and for an additional modest cost. From there we can discuss your needs and if required I can provide advice to the best of my knowledge. Each Project is unique and priced accordingly. This work will be accomplish using Inventor and AutoCAD Mechanical. 

Architectural project:
I can produce drawing for your design using AutoCAD Architectural as well as Revit or both. I can perform the work from existing design for modification and renovation as well. The file will include land descriptions, property lines  building information schedules, and boom lists. The design will be perform in respect of your property bylaws of the project location and to the best of my knowledge.

A budget schedule can be set to match your financial capacity if required.
