It if often a challenge when you buy or have access to get a 3D Max file (e.g.) model.max  to  get it  converted into another format. I will convert the file into any one of the common formats,
FBX, OBJ, C4D, SKP and into any others on request.

We also are able to make fully constructed 3D models available on request. We will send you a Visual of the un textured model to see.

Kindly note that we do not ensure texturing of the model as that introduces many issues when applying the models in various environments, eg, Gaming engines etc.  so we recommend you do your UV texturing with the raw model.
