I am a Freelance Architect, specialized in drafting, Modelling and rendering building designs. I Use softwares like Auto CAD, Sketch up, 3DS max, Vray, Revit, Lumion and Photoshop.The 3D models can be done with different levels of detail, with different costs:
- Conceptual > Very basic 3D model. No details (windows, doors, etc) just shapes. No render.
- Detailed > Detailed model. Basic render.
- Photo realistic Rendering > Very detailed model. Photo realistic render.
The number of revisions, the price and the time of delivery will always depend on the size of the project.
