Hello, my name is Marko. I have a degree in mechanical engineering. My specialty is CAD/CAM and product design. Currently I am working as a project engineer at umdasch Store Makers Croatia. My main task is premium retail furniture design and technical drawing preparation for the production. Aditionally, along product design I manage projects from contracting to its implementation in the field. Our biggest clients are Burberry, Harrods and Versace. One of my tasks is to monitor the production of furniture on a daily basis, based on what I have developed a good eye for details and am able to identify and prevent any defects or issues in advance.
In the past, I worked as a designer of generators and motors. I was also a member of the generator bearing development team. In that period, I have gained a lot of experience in the field of welding the steel structures, structural strength calculations, FEM analysis and studying the properties of different materials.
I use the following software for modeling and creating production documentation:
Solidworks, AutoCad, Inventor, CATIA.
