By giving me your 2D art or concept or image, I can and will make a character or object as close as imagined by you, the creator of that character or object. I will need an image or more(such as side and front) to get even a better idea of how the resulted 3D model will look. I can rig your character with a simple enough design but anything more advanced like face rigging may be out of my current ability. 

The tool I use to model with is Blender FYI.
