I will optimize your 3D models for your game by removing any extra edges, faces or material ID's. I will also UV unwrap your 3D models.

I will fracture your 3D models in any number of chunks that you need. The chunks will be properly UV unwrapped and have a new material assigned on generated/interior faces.
