I will design a space based on the documentation you sent me, I will research furniture, materials and create distributions of your space and I will sent you  a pdf file with total budget. ( Which you will need to provide me) I will look for local furniture and solutions for your

It can be residential space or retail space as I have experience with both.

You will need to answer few questions once you order this gig in order to help me get an idea of you and what you want in your design.

There are 3 options to choose from, a very basic one (furniture and colour scheme) which will be perfect to refresh a space; the second option (recommended for residential spaces) which include  3d modeling, unlimited revisions, textiles, color scheme and furniture; and premium option(recomended for retail or business spaces) which include option 1 and 2 with lighting and floor plan in Autocad ( up to 4 rooms)
