I am an architect and happy to work with you.

I will make3D FLOOR PLAN with SketchUpmodels.

Just give mefile: pdf, jpg, sketches, autocad, sketchup, corel draw, adobe (you tell me).

Project I accept: House, Apartment, Condominium, Hotel, Restaurant, Shops, Office, etc.

1. My very BASIC gigs will give a basic material (so you would know where's the glasses, doors, etc.)
2. Furniture will be added on my STANDARD gigs.
3. Custom material amp; furniture will be provided on PREMIUM gigs (I give FREE High Quality Image for this gigs)

All gigs included FREE 1 high resolution JPG image amp; 1 SketchUp Model for Commercial Use (indeed).

I also accept custom design amp; custom project.

Please make a clear source file amp; instruction.

I'll do my best ASAP.
