I'll create CAD floor plans for reference from existing hand-sketched measurements / drawings.  These will not be construction documents, they are for reference only.  Perfect for real estate listings and the like.  Pricing is for  <= 2000 sq. ft. areas, for larger drawings, please reach out directly.  Source files will be included, as well as a PDF set for whatever page size you would like.
