Hello! I'm an advanced architecture student, with experience in 2D drawings and 3D modeling and rendering. I will draw with quality your sketches, JPG, PDF files in Autocad 2D and make a 3d model.
My aim is to deliver exactly what you expect and beyond, within the deadlines there are unlimited revisions for possible changes and adding more elements. (get 100% satisfied).
 I use the following software programs:Autocad 2D, Autocad 3D, Sketchup, 3D Max.

BASIC - Convert to 2d autocad drawings (WITH layers, furniture and dimensions) / or basic-conceptual 3D model (WITHOUT materials or details) 

STANDARD - Convert to 2d autocad drawings (WITH layers, furniture and dimensions) and a complete 3D model (WITH materials, textures, furniture and basic render)

PREMIUM - Convert to 2d autocad drawings (WITH layers, furniture and dimensions) and a detailed 3D model (WITH materials, textures, furniture and renders)
