:bdcadpro could easily communicate and grasp our concept. He was quick to send 3d pictures after simply communicating with us. After we've sent him a sketch he immediately went back to the drawing board and send us some satisfying images. The only dissatisfaction was him keeping increasing his price for a simple product. He started us off with $5 then ask us to double the price which we agreed on. Then when we submitted the final dimensions he asked for more money. We refused as our product is very simple and would not take much of his time. Then he changed the package and didn't want to give us the 3d pictures he promised from the start. We refused to pay more and he kept his promise
