I am a Freelance Architect . Specialized in  Drafting and Modelling. Use software like Auto CAD, Sketch up, 3DS max, Photoshop. The 3D models can be done with different levels of detail, with different costs: 

• Conceptual > Very basic 3D model. No details (windows, doors, etc) just shapes. No render.
• Detailed > Detailed model. Basic render.

• Photo realistic Rendering > Very detailed model. Photo realistic render.

The number of revisions, the price and the time of delivery will always depend on the size of the project.
