I will draw your flooplans/exterior views in CorelDraw in my black&white layout.
Don't forget the informations like: you want it furnished or unfurnished, you want room designations(names), dimensional chains etc.
Pricing is per floor/apartment/exterior view.
All I need is a sketch or the arhitectural plan and I will send back a .jpg and a .pdf in high resolution.
